In this newsletter I will share my own writing, as well as insights from what I have read, conversations I've had, and other things that have inspired me - all bound by the theme of unleashing the leader within each one of us.
Who am I?
I launched my executive coaching practice in 2015. I mostly work one-on-one with my clients as a coach, mentor or advisor - I've worked with over 100 Business Owners/CXOs/VPs/Directors/GMs at leading organizations including Arvind, Deloitte, Fidelity, Infosys, Juniper, Paypal, Shell, Wipro and many other companies.
I've also led over 75 workshops for leaders/high-potentials on topics such as Leadership Skills, Effective Teamwork, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Strategic Communication, Effective Presentations, Difficult Conversations, Coaching for Performance & Development, and others - which has given me an opportunity to work with over a 1000 professionals and managers
I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited by the International Coach Federation after completing rigorous professional training of nearly 200 hours and demonstrating proficiency through paid coaching engagements exceeding 500 hours. Besides this, I have a number of certifications relevant to my work as a coach/mentor/advisor including:

Prior to launching my own practice, I worked for 25 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. My employers included Grasim/Aditya Birla Group, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, Singapore Refining Company (at the time a joint venture of BP, Chevron and Singapore Petroleum Company), and Shell.
I've worked in a variety of areas including Operations, Technology, Projects, Strategic Planning & Economics, Supply Chain Management, Consulting and Engineering. I've led small and large teams across a number of cultures and countries including India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Qatar, UAE and China.
